Check-In & Check-Out
- Check-in time: 4:00 PM
- Check-out time: 11:00 AM
- Early check-in available upon request (subject to availability, $50 fee)
- Late check-out available upon request (subject to availability, $75 fee)
- Valid government-issued ID required at check-in for all guests
Cancellation Policy
- Full refund for cancellations made 7+ days before arrival
- 50% refund for cancellations made 3-6 days before arrival
- No refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of arrival
- No-shows will be charged the full reservation amount
- Holiday and peak season bookings require 14 days notice for full refund
Pet Policy
- Dogs are welcome in select pet-friendly rooms (Mountain View Room and Summit Cabin only)
- Maximum 2 dogs per room, up to 50 lbs each
- $75 per pet, per stay cleaning fee
- Dogs must be leashed in all public areas
- Pets may not be left unattended in rooms
Children & Extra Guests
- Children of all ages are welcome
- Children under 12 stay free when using existing bedding
- Cribs available upon request (complimentary)
- Rollaway beds available for $35/night (limited availability)

Frequently Asked Questions
Is breakfast included?
Breakfast is not included in the standard room rate, but our restaurant offers a full breakfast menu from 7:00 AM to 10:30 AM. Breakfast packages can be added during booking for $25 per person, per day.
Do you have WiFi?
Yes, complimentary high-speed WiFi is available throughout the resort, including guest rooms and common areas.
Is there parking on site?
Yes, we offer complimentary self-parking for all guests. Valet parking is available for $25/day.
What is the nearest airport?
Asheville Regional Airport (AVL) is approximately 45 minutes from the resort. We can arrange airport transfers for $85 each way.
Do you accommodate dietary restrictions?
Absolutely. Our restaurant can accommodate vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, and most allergy requirements. Please notify us of any dietary needs at least 24 hours in advance.
Is the resort wheelchair accessible?
Our main lodge, restaurant, and Mountain View Rooms are fully ADA accessible. Please contact us for specific accessibility needs.
